3D Modeling and Measurement creates a clear representation of your property. This is especially valuable where the complexity and accessibility of a property makes an in-person measurement dangerous or impossible.

This service is most often used for planning lifecycle costs and future renovations. It is a valuable tool to clarify and simplify the process of decision making – especially among multiple parties - by creating an easy-to-understand model.

Once you receive the model, it can be revisited at any time to get measurements or to enable discussion and planning.

How does it work?

A drone is used to get specific information about the property using photos and videos. Software using cloud-based AI systems is then used to generate the model.

Measurement is completed by us, using the tools that come with the software that creates the model.

You will receive:

1. A 3D model of the property – available in various file formats such as CAD. Measurements may be included on the model itself, or in a summary printout, depending on the format chosen.

2. A presentation of the results in person or via teleconferencing.

3. All images, videos and supplemental information collected during the inspection.

3D Modeling and measurement is most directly impacted by overall size of the scan, as the render time and processing work scales proportionally with the size of the building and the resulting model.

Complexity is the other principal factor, as it adds time for additional measurement and presentation.
